1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the pati29 website accessible at https://pati29.cam, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, enabling access to betting markets, casino games, and financial services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and uses or accesses the services provided by pati29.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus funds separately credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by pati29 under specific promotional campaigns, subject to individual wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process mandated by pati29 to comply with international anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted for all deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other product available on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action explicitly forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, and multi-accounting.

2 Eligibility

To open an Account and use pati29 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and legally entitled to participate in online gaming activities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pati29 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme that pati29 participates in.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or agent of pati29, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• You must hold a valid Indonesian national identity document (KTP) or other government-issued identification acceptable for KYC purposes.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8. If pati29 identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the matter may result in permanent ban from the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. pati29 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pati29 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact pati29 support immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pati29 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and associated conversion costs are borne by the Player.

4 KYC Verification

pati29 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Accounts as part of its obligations under internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming requirements. KYC verification must be completed before a Player can make their first withdrawal.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and national identification number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A live selfie photograph holding your KTP and a handwritten note showing your pati29 username and the current date.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals (e.g., a bank statement header from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri).

4.2 Processing Time

Standard KYC verification is completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB, 09:00–22:00). Complex cases or incomplete submissions may extend processing time to 48 hours. Players will be notified by email and in-app notification upon verification completion or if additional documents are required.

4.3 Ongoing Verification

pati29 reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time, including in response to large withdrawal requests, changes in account behaviour, or routine compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension pending verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pati29 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. pati29 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction (higher limits available for verified VIP accounts)
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time during bank operating hours. Off-hours transfers may be subject to a delay of up to 30 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per day for standard accounts; higher limits apply to VIP tiers
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the pati29 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hour s (WIB, 09:00–22:00) are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request can be approved.

5.4 Same-Source Policy

pati29 enforces a strict same-source policy: all withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure the integrity of all financial transactions on the Platform. Exceptions may be granted at pati29's sole discretion in cases where the original payment method is no longer available, subject to additional verification.

5.5 Transaction Fees

pati29 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pati29 accepts no responsibility. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne entirely by the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pati29 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be processed. Certain game types — including live dealer games, sports betting accumulators, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — may contribute at reduced rates toward wagering requirements. Players are advised to review individual promotion terms for game contribution rates.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been wagered through within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue) will be forfeited automatically. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers through strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, including but not limited to matched betting across accounts, use of automated software, or systematic low-variance gameplay solely to clear bonus funds, will have their bonus balance voided and their Account reviewed. Confirmed abuse will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup fixtures — are governed by pati29's Sports Betting Rules. Key provisions include:

• Bets are accepted up to the kick-off time of the relevant event, unless a market is listed as an in-play market.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections. If one or more selections are voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining valid selections.
• Odds may fluctuate up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds shown at the time of placing a bet are the odds that will be honoured, provided the bet is confirmed within the same price window.
• In the event of a match postponement, all bets are held open for up to 24 hours. If the match does not commence within 24 hours of its original scheduled kick-off, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot game titles available on the Platform — including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each title are available within the game's information panel. pati29 does not manipulate RTP settings below the provider's certified baseline.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. Players must ensure they have a stable internet connection before participating, as pati29 accepts no liability for bets lost as a result of connectivity failures on the player's end. All live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer confirms the result.

7.4 Togel & Number Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published reference data. pati29 displays draw results as-is and does not influence draw outcomes. Bets placed on a draw must be submitted before the draw's published closing time; late submissions will be rejected automatically.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pati29 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing anomalies. Players who identify such issues must report them immediately to support rather than exploiting them.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles without genuine gaming activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pati29 staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to disguise your true geographic location.
• Facilitating or enabling access to the Platform by any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pati29 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pati29 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pati29. Unauthorised use of pati29 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

pati29 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

Key data protection commitments include:

• We collect only the minimum personal data required for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and service improvement.
• We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions between your device and our servers.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks can be applied to any Account at the Player's request.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may request a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pati29 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors, server outages, or connectivity failures beyond pati29's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from your own failure to secure your credentials.
• Losses attributable to your reliance on inaccurate odds or game information that resulted from a technical display error, which pati29 will void and reprocess in good faith.
• Any indirect or consequential financial losses arising from your gambling activity on the Platform.

pati29's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Closure

13.1 Voluntary Closure

A Player may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting pati29 support. Upon receipt of a closure request, pati29 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balance within 5 business days and close the Account. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13.2 Closure by pati29

pati29 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, confirmed Prohibited Conduct, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months, or as required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

13.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. pati29 will notify the registered email address before applying a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to inactive Accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. Players may reactivate their Account at any time prior to closure by logging in and completing a re-verification check.

14 Amendments

pati29 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming and commercial law principles.

Any dispute arising from your use of the pati29 Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team within 30 days of the initial complaint shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear their own legal costs unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
